Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

What a wonderful event! I went with a group of girls and we had lots of fun. So many different obstacles scattered throughout the hole run! We will do it again next year!
Was a fun weekend with friends. However the location was unprepared for the amount of people; minimal restaraunts open and the ones that were ran out of food. Race was fun but slow moving; big lines in cold weather. I would do it again but would hope for a better organized event.
So fun! Maybe a family price would work. Tough to afford for our whole family but it would be a blast to do all together. Event was a blast though!
Amazing
What a fantastic run this was. I have participated in many different types of runs but I did bring with me several people who had never participated before. This was geared to all levels of fitness and so much fun was had by everyone. We have already planned to participate next year!
Best 5k Experience
So much fun!!! Fitness level didn't matter cause it wasn't a timed race. Atmosphere was fun and up beat, and I haven't laughed that hard in a race ever! Definatley recommend for anyone, I've already recruited more friends (and their kids) for 2016!
HOT
The run was very hot this year.....the first uphill nearly killed me but fun was had by all!! Once again my son blew through it in record time!!
Silverstar was awesome.
I had a blast doing the run up on silverstar! Some obstacles were very challenging especially trying not to get wet while doing them (inert tubes across the lake). It was darn cold our morning. We laughed so hard all day. Suggestion would be more mud and maybe a few more different obstacles. Some were repetitive.
This was our family's first 5K run and first Foam Fest. This run had all the elements one could hope for including mud, foam, obstacles and best of all smiling "cheerleaders" to encourage you through to the finish line.
We had such a great time that we have pre-registered for 2016 and encouraged everyone we know to join us.
Fun Time
Course was fun. Glad we went earlier as things appeared to get a bit congested. Drought conditions prevented some good mud obstacles and it seemed there was a charge for everything (bag check, drop fall, etc) which diminished the event a bit.
More water
Was lots of fun and will definitely be coming back this year, the only improvement I can think would be to add more water on the slip n slides, the far slides didn't seem to get any water and hurt to go down! Overall a great run!
